You’ll meet Your English-speaking driver by Your hotel or cruise ship. The two-hour visit of Pompeii will take place with an expert archaeological guide (only for You).
The Pompeii ruins enchant any visitor. Buried by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD, the prosperous Pompeii was completely forgotten for hundreds of years, until, in the eighteenth century, excavations began. During the journey You will visit public and private buildings richly decorated.
After one hour of free for lunch (not included), the excursion continues to the top of Vesuvius, one of the few active volcanoes in Europe. The adventurous of You may decide to reach the top, or simply admire the fantastic view of the Bay of Naples from the terrace where You limousine stops.
