The six hour Pompeii tour starts from the Forum and its big temples and it continues along the main road Via dell’Abbondanza, with its shops, the area of theatres and the numerous patrician homes as the Domus Ceii decorated with frescoes and mosaics floor.

We’ll walk as far as the area of the Amphitheatre, and thereafter Thermal Bathes and the impressive plaster casts of the victims of the that eruption of 79 BC. Obviously we won’t miss a stop at the Lupanare (the famous Brothel of Pompeii).

You also can take a glance at typical bakeries in Pompeii. After visiting the The House of the Ancient Hunting - then we will have spent approximately 3 hours - there will be a lunch break at the bar of the excavations: Bar Italiano. Lunch is not included. After a short rest the tour continues for the last two hours: The House of the Faun, The House of Vettii, The House of Small Fountain, The House of the Big Fountain. The guided tour will include the northern part of the Forum, such as the Palace of Justice, the Curia, the Food Market, etc.. The visit will finish with the well-known Villa of the Mysteries.



SUGGESTIONS:
Take water, wear comfortable shoes, take camera & sun cream. In low season warmer clothing may be required.
